HSB - Heavy Duty Hydraulic NC Swing Beam Shear

​KÜPER HSB series shears are designed superiorly for sheets 10 - 20mm with high quality material and workmanship and produced to be used several years in heavy duty without any problem.

Strong monoblock steel weld construction frame retains its rigidity even working in maximum capacity , thus helps to provide a good quality and clean cut. High quality tough top and bottom blades imported from Germany also helps to have good quality cut and provides an easy cut for the machine as well. Small cutting angle decreases twisting to minimum value in narrow sheet cutting.

TECHNIC INFO

Cutting System
In HSB machines top beam is pivoted precisely and connected with special bearings. Back gauge system is fixed to top beam so work piece jamming is avoided.

Hold Down Cylinders
Hold down cylinders adjusts their pressure according to sheet thickness. They can work separately. So they can adapt their selves for different thicknesses. Pressure surfaces of the hold downs are Polyimide so they don't get rust and deformations while using Aluminum or painted sheets, are avoided. For safety reasons, front side of the hold downs is closed with a protection cover and upon customers' request, 1 m. part on the left side of this cover could be opened.

Pneumatic System (Optional)
Pneumatic sheet support system is an optional function to protect hanging of sheets down and to improve cutting precision during cutting of long and thin sheets. PROTECTION COVERS For safety purposes, protection covers and a photocell system is equipped at the back of the machine.

Electrical Hardware
Machines are designed and produced according to CE (European) norms. Electronic and electrical parts are made of accepted brands of all over the world like Siemens and Telemecanique. PLC systems used in the machines provide great easiness and quickness for after sales services.

Laser Cutting Line
With the help of laser cutting line, angled or drawn line cuttings could be done easily and controllable.

Back Gauge System
Back gauge movement is provided by guide shafts and ballscrewed shafts with bearings working without a gap. (±0,1 mm tolerance). Back gauge traveling distance is 1000mm. If a sheet bigger than 1000mm is to be cut, then the automatic swing-up function of the back gauge is utilized, thus cutting of sheets longer than 1000 mm is possible. The back gauge has the retraction function to be used during the cutting process. With this function, deformation and jamming of striped sheets are avoided.
